Delivery Standards

Cut-off and dispatch

Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM IST on working days enter the same-day packing queue when stock permits. Dispatch typically occurs within 1–3 business days depending on variety sourcing and destination PIN serviceability.

Geographic reach

We deliver to PIN codes supported by our courier partners across India. Unserviceable locations are blocked at checkout or flagged for manual review.

Freight structure

Prepaid checkout: standard freight is complimentary nationwide.
Cash on Delivery: a flat COD surcharge appears on the review screen before you pay.
Scheduled slots, express upgrades, and hyperlocal same-hour delivery are not presently offered.

Tracking workflow

AWB numbers publish on Order Status once the courier scans the parcel. Dispatch emails are triggered when an email address is associated with the order.

Receipt protocol

Inspect cartons at handover. Document visible external damage on the courier POD and notify us within 3 hours to preserve claim eligibility.

Undelivered parcels

After repeated failed delivery attempts, parcels may return to origin. Re-shipment fees or refund outcomes are determined individually.
